The Do Not Call list is as effective as much of our government. Didn't recognize the number, didn't pick up. Caller gave up after six rings. According to the phone number, the caller originates in New Jersey, in the Meadowlands-Rutherford area, unless, of course, it's a spammer.
Didn't recognize the number on caller ID, didn't answer. Caller gave up when call went to answering machine. According to Google, the number is a telemarketer. I'm so glad I have the Do Not Call List, except for the fact it doesn't work.
