I receive calls from this number also - all times of the day. I answered yesterday and was hung up on. Today I just rejected call. Getting really old. If it was important, they would leave message.
Just got a call from 201-913-8213. Have no idea who it is or what they want.
They have called 5 times, I answered one that I happened to catch in time
before voice mail picked up. Nobody answered the other end. Always in the
morning almost exactly at 9am every time. Even on weekends! This is driving
me nuts...and it has to stop.
I've gotten at least 20 calls from this number over the past month! just called me again! so, I thought I'd googlebot it. Wow, this guy is a douche!
Every time that I have answered - there is nothing, no one speaks. I've heard of people doing this, then they bounce your phone number to make some ridiculous out-of-country phone calls. Very costly.

Many calls from this #. Finally answered and got person with mid-east accent. Was informed I was "randomly selected" from when I signed up for a free I-pad. This was a ruse since I have not signed up for anything.
That also meant his opening statement was a lie. I stalled and he pushed for "3-4 minutes " of my time and he would give me the "access code".Feels to me he was trying to "hijack" my computer for nefarious purposes. I told him I was not interested and not to call again. "Something fishy in Denmark er rather Hackensack !!!
