Who called from 2019174938

I keep getting calls from this number also, They never identify themselves.  So I never call them back

I get calls from this number often and when I answer there is no one there.  Who is this and whats it all about?  And what can I do to block these?

I've just started getting calls from this number as well.  I never answer it.  All I know its a landline from somewhere in NJ.  i'm sure is a telemarketing call - perhaps a bill collector for my ex...who knows.
