Who called from 2019183079

Called just a couple of mins ago but there was no one there

Have received 17 calls in 48 hours from this number, called back from a land line and it asked to either speak to a representative or enter your number on their "do not call" list...I went ahead and entered my number, hope my cell bill doesn't get hit with a crazy charge or something

Have called repeatedly and won't leave a message.

What good is the Do Not Call List?

Apparently, no good at all. I've left my number for the "do not call" and just received another phone call from them. Isn't this harrassment?
