No one or computer answer to the calls. They started at three or four a day and then went into once an hour. Now the calls come in every half hour. There does not seem to be a way to stop it.
I have received a call from this number a few times and finally answered it today. It was from a mineral makeup company that I had inquired about on the interet a month or so ago.
my wife inquired about government grants to start small businesses on a website, and these calls are from that inquiry. they say we've been approved for a grant, we just need to pay for the shipping of the paperwork with our credit card (lol). It's only $1.97 for the shipping, but i'm sure it's some sort of scam or something. they did call several times until we answered the phone, and even called again today after having talked to them yesterday. we talked to someone twice.
This number has been calling 20 times a day. If its for a grant, then its a scam for sure. I've even answered it and told them off, but it doesn't deter them in any way. Its very, very annoying, especially when they start calling a 8 a.m. every morning.
I received calls from this number several time a day. The would hand up when I answered or not leave a message when I sent it to voice mail. They finally answered on March 12 and it was a mineral makeup company wanting me to try their product. The woman had an accent and was very difficult to understand and got frustrated because I kept telling her to repeat herself They finally gave up and took no for an answer.
Now 201-918-4914 is calling and hanging up and not leaving messages when I don't answer.
