I got this call on my cell Tue Apr 7, 8:56pm. I didnt answer. I hate spam calls, and I hate that they are calling cell phones and trying to use our minutes.
I checked it out on whitepages()com and they say:

These people are "spoofing" the phone number. One way this can be done is with a commercial phone switch where you can program any number you wish to display as the caller-id. They will also use a dialer that just increments the phone number to the next number. e.g. 123-555-1212 +1 -> 123-555-1213, +1 -> 123-555-1214, etc. They don't bother with phone lists, they just keep incrementing the number and dialing until they get a hit.
this phone number rang while I was driving so I missed it. No voice mail or anything. Area code 201 is NJ... and I know nobody there and have no f**king clue who or what it is.
Recieved call at 7:00pm tonight, was an automated message trying to sell Health Insurance. When I selected option 2 to 'have my number removed from their calling list', line went dead. When I attempted to call back, recieved disconnected #. Reverse # search traced back to the New Jersey info listed above.
