Then it gives you 3 options: 1 to talk to customer service (who never answer), 2 to PLACE YOUR NUMBER ON OUR DO-NOT-CALL LIST, and * to hang up...
Called yesterday and today. Man sounded Hispanic and asked for a Hispanic woman's name. Sounded like a telemarketer, could hear a lot of other people talking in the background.
called me with no message - called back and it says "thank you for calling customer service, to speak with a customer service representative, press 1, to add your number to our do-not-call list, press 2, to end this call,press 3" I pressed 2 and the line disconnected... crossing fingers that it worked.
my curiosity got the best of me.. called back and pressed 1 - after a brief moment of silence, it states "due to high volume there are no agents available at this time, please choose another option" I'm thinking it's some sort of telemarketer
i have gotten 3 calls from this number in the last hour and they hung up if you answer and don't leave a message. I called back and can not get anyone on the line.
