I received a request for quote, which I sent as a reply to his e-mail. Next day, I received the e-mail below, He is now using Peter Cruz as his name, M.S.A. Group as his company, 9034 Middleton Ridge Road Vienna, VA  22182 as his address and 202-241-6891 as the phone number.
