So I received a call from this number saying that I owe the IRS $5000.00 from 2004-2014. Saying that I was not paying my tax. This have to be some kind of scam. The lady who called Sound foreign
voicemail message saying I have a lawsuit against me...but I knew that was a joke. No reason for anyone to sue me...lol Do people really fall for this? I mean no one will ever leave a message saying you are being sued. good lord...oh well I just it was a little funny as annoying as it is...and wanted to share.
Definitely a scam! Don't believe it. A female automated voice saying that she's calling from the IRS. Report this unsolicited phone call immediately!!!
Also called from (800)311-5961...I was just on the phone for 45 min trying to figure out why I'm pending arrest if I don't pay $7,986 to resolve fraudulent IRS tax filings. Foreign accent and no credential info. Fraud to the Nth degree. Said an arresting officer will be here tomorrow either 11am or 2pm and take me to D.C. Federal courthouse if I don't resolve. What the???

- The IRS only communicates via snail mail, and never via email or phone call.
