Who called from 2019849737

I got a "Hi :)" and I asked "who is this?" and it never said anything back. I did some research and found it was a VOIP (voice over internet phone).

Got a text from this number saying, "heyyyy Nate"

I am from the Pacific Northwest and do not know anyone from Jersey City (or anywhere in New Jersey for that matter)

Got the same message
"Heyaaa T.J. "

I got a text message too...
"hiiii John"

No idea who this number is. I suspect some company's database of names & numbers has been hacked. And the spammers/hackers who have access are trying to figure out which ones are actually active.

It said, "heyyyy Alisha" I asked who it was and all they said was "sorry I have no signal ;("

I'm thinking it's a company as well.
