I answer and they hang up.... it's a land line?

I heard noise in the background like a small child playing with the phone.

H an r block saying that cancelled one of my cards and to press one to reactivate it. I hung up at that time

This phone number called my cell at 1:30 am !!  Didn't answer it so don't know what they wanted.

i received at 124am, no message left
