Trying to SCAM folks must pay off for these people who have been doing this for years. Over several years I have received every concevable "offer of money; credit; grants and on and on. Another good one is the : " Hello mam, I am calling yo from Microsoft, we can see that you are having a problem with your computer, Yes? Are you on your computer now? We can fix this problem for you, just turn it on now and we will remotely take care of this.:
My replies varies depending on mood. Something like, " I don't have a computer, dummy." or, my computer crashed just now because it smelled a rat."
Some of the comebacks from these folks are some of the nasties words I have ever heard, and that is hard to beat being from around military for 20 yrs and working in a prison for over a decade.
I have been threatened by debto collectors (LOL) and anything you can think of.
I sure hope people don't keep falling for these scammers.
