Recd call today @8a I answered it sounded automated so I immediately hung up. After that I've gotten between 10-30 from same # ALL DAY long never answered
In my particular cell phone, I have the option for any contact to send straight to voicemail. I made a contact in my phone named Unknown Caller. Any of these type #'s I receive, I do not answer as I don't recognize the area code as for anyone I know. I look online to see if it's this type of thing. If it is, I save the # to that Unknown Caller in my cell's phone book. I don't hear it ring from them & they don't leave messages, so it solves the problem as over time they quit calling. Saves me the annoyance.
Rita, if you creat a phone contact and label it "Spam", you can add that number and any future spam calls you receive to that contact. I also downloaded a "silent ringtone" and set vibrate to "none". Problem solved :) Good Luck!
Oh, I forgot to mention that I told this person not to call me again and put me on their do not call list. She emphatically told me she would not do that and couldn't do that. I threatened to report them to the FBI and DOJ before I hung up.
