Who called from 2020011011

Keep getting calls hard to understand the English how do I get them to stop calling me with the $8,000 US govt Grant!

Repeated calls either hung up, said something goverment, foreign accent,  hard to hear lot of back round noise,bit has to stop.

Got a call, let the answering machine answer it. All they kept saying was hello until the end in which they said f--k you
