Who called from 2020367912

Guy hung up when asked who was calling - believe it to be a guy posing as a charity for veterans.

I have received several calls from 202-036-7912.  This morning I received a call from this number, he asked for my husband by name--when I asked who is calling he hung up.  I do not like receiving these calls.

I would like to add that I am on, "THE NO CALL LIST" for all my phones.  I should not be getting calls from bill collectors if this is who is calling.  They are just STUPID and must not have anything better to do with their time.
