Told me he was gonna come kill me and my family

(202) 047-6101 Called and made up lie about grant application and hung up on me.  He made me say hello 5 times and then atarted laughing.

Called 4 times, I finally answered and told him he had the wrong number.  He still called back a few days later. He hung up when I said to remove me from the call list.

Called 4 times, saying free government money
