Received a call from this number.  A stated my first name in a question-like way as if he was about to to talk to me and when I answered "yes" he hunb up on me.  I am concerned that he recorded me or could be some scam to use my number and voice from a prison or some other way.  I'll be watching my phone bill.  I've already called Bellsouth and had them note it in my records so I can dispute charges that might come up a month from now.  I wish I had said, "Who's calling?" instead.
