They called and said they are from MATHEWS SURVEY. They would not give their address when asked. then they hung up. This is a FRAUD CALL. Do not give them any information or answer any questions. This is an obvious SPOOF call. If you look at the phone number, the fourth digit is a zero. You cannot have a zero as a Fourt digit as it would always go to operator when called within the area code. the first and fourth digit has to be 2 or greater. zero and one are reserved in those positions.

The fourth, fifth, and sixth digits are called the "exchange" number, and no exchange number begins with "0" or "1"
Also, there are no exchange numbers of the format "x11" where "x" is any digit :
211, 311, 411, 511, 611, 711, 811, and 911 cannot exist as exchange numbers in any area code.
I ate a simple take on these calls that are supposed to fall under the loopholes of the DNCR.
If you are using call id spoofing in order display a number with a fake area code and or prefix, then the call violates the registry.
