I just received a call from this number a second time this week (3rd &6th of Feb). I didn't answer because I didn't know the number and I've been hearing about a lot of phone scams going on. The only thing I know to do is block the number from calling.
When I picked up the phone and said "Hello", no one answered. There was a bit of static on the line. Why is it that I cannot trace this number? Who is disturbing me? I want them to stop!

Person said they were with the Women's Breast something. Said I donated $35.00 last year and could they count on me this year. I did not donate last year. She was insistent and finally hung up on me when I kept saying no.
