Phone rang 3 times and hung up. No message.

Telling me the Government wants to give me money.

It is NOT the government calling.  It is a THIEF in India or Pakistan.  Ignore the calls.

Keeps calling me while I'm in school had to pay $20 to get my phone back from the school next they called me later in the day I answered to tell them my mind and rang once then hung up

This person called me twice today. I didn't answer and didn't call back.
