Invest in a call blocker . You might have to block the entire area code. The 202 area code is favered by a lot of scammers located in India and Pakistan. Never return the calls and do NOT speak with them.

There is no "101" exchange in the 202 area code - or any area code
There are no exchanges that begin with "1"
So a call blocker that blocks all exchanges that begin with "1" will block these calls.
They have called me 4 times in less than 4 hours. I will absolutely NOT answer. I will put my phone on vibrate before I will answer them. Also, I save any number I don't recognize and name it "SPAM". When the same number calls again, I immediately know it's not one to answer. I do not answer any number I don't recognize. I always look the number up online and have always found them to be SPAM. You can always know if they don't leave a message then it must not be important.
