Same here along with 2027666156, I actually called and spoke to a man with an accent who said that his IRS badge number was IRM5521. He also had one of my old addresses.
Called twice and left messages to call back. Said there is a lawsuit against me, did not say my name. When I called back after six they said they were not taking any more calls for the day.
Got robot voicemail to return call. Spoke with "Ben Wilson", (heavy accent and very noisy background) who provided badge number, etc, and informed me the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to contact my attorney. Even gave me a case number. When I asked why am I not aware of any issue with IRS, he could no longer hear me and I hung up and called again. He then explained that he would provide details, then someone would be by within 45 minutes to serve me papers and local authorities would be by to pick me up. I work for a major law firm, put "Ben" on hold and got one of my attorneys. Once my attorney informed "Ben" that he was now speaking to an attorney, the call was disconnected. Total scam for whatever reason.
