I hardly ever answer numbers I don't know, but this one had called several times so I was curious. They claimed to be the United States Grant department, calling to tell me that I had been chosen at random to receive a grant of over $8,000. When I laughed at such a preposterous statement, the caller then went on to say that "I want to BLEEP you" multiple times until I hung up, still laughing. Blocked that number!
