Called me twice so far today and won't say anything.  Hear lots of noises in the background of people talking

Called twice today, answered second time just noise in background

I received a call twice today from this number.  They are saying they're from the United States government with a $9000 grant.  He had a foreign accent.

recieverhad the same call,  indian sounding accent,  when i told him i didnt understand and pushed for info he told me hed like to show me his middle finger and hung up lmfao

I had the same thing happen today.
