This lady calls and says she is from the United States Treasury Department and says the US Government has a grant for 7000 dollars to be sent to my bank account or to Wal-Mart via moneygram. They said it is a grant that does not have to be paid back and is tax free. When asked questions as to who they are and such, they immediately disconnect.
I received a call from this number today and when someone came on the line, a man, he said "I miss you" and when asked who this was he said "I love you" I then told him not to call again and hung up.
I got a phone call twice today. It was very bizzare, to say the least. The caller was a man with a heavy accent. I asked him who was calling. He simply said, "Heather Riker". He answered my name, not his. I repeated the question who are you? He then said, "I miss you, I love you." I demanded who is this, and how did you get my phone number. He said, "I love you, I want to marry you". I hung up. It was very disturbing. The phone number was as follows: (202) 114-1712 DC, USA
