They called but no message, I would think if it was legit they would leave a message. Here lately I have been receiving numerous scam calls from so many different numbers so I assume this one is fake also but I am not sure and will not answer it

Joey the gemini i recieved a call from 202-117-8312 i have a block on my phone i dont know why this number was not blocked it should have been especially with a 202 number i called back this number it does not even ring it is completly dead strange i will have to block this scammer if it continues,,
