Who called from 2021193763

Called this afternoon.  We didn't pick up. They left no message.

Called the number back and it says call cannot be completed as dialed.  Probably scammers.

Woman answered and asked for a man. She hung up when she was told it was not who she was looking for.

Called me around 7pm EST on 23 FEB. I didn't answer and no message was left.

I waited maybe 2 seconds, said "911, what is your emergency? and repeated it, then a human came on, and I said, "What is your emergency, this is 911". Click, they hung up!
