Add it to your reject list or spam list and they can call all they want, it won't go through.

Repeative back to back calls won't leave a message.

Blocked the whole entire 202 area code, mostly  fake IRS or fake marshall service  calls. I do not know any one in DC so block the whole area code and every area code in Cali Oregon and washington state.
