Keep getting calls more than once a day and on weekends. Usually sounds like a Jamaican or some thing TERRIBLE ENGLISH. Started telling me he was calling from the Government about a grant I applied for. I told him he couldn't possibly be a government worker with his in ability to speak the English language and hung up. I put the number on the reject list in my cell phone. They also keep calling from a Restricted line with no number. When i start to question the caller they immediately hang up
I have been getting repeated calls from this number 25 actually since yesterday saying they are from the federal grant dept sometimes it's a man and sometimes it's a woman I just tell them if they keep calling I am going to report them
This number has called me every day, at least 5 times a day, for a week now. They said they have a $9000 grant from the US government for me. I have answered 3 times and told them to remove my number! The 3rd time I told them I would be contacting the police and the guy snapped and started yelling at me!
Common Indian or Pakistani grant/loan scam. There is no grant or loan. Ignore these calls and block the number. You might want to block the entire 202 area code.
