Has called me twice today and doesn't leave a message. My guess is a scam.

Yes i just received a call from this number also no message left.

Just received a call from this number claiming to be from health and family planning saying that i just received a $9000 grant from the U.S government. My guess is they want my bank account detail so they can get into my account. The word SCAM comes to mind.

Called stating I won a grant from the federal government for $9,000.00 But I needed to send them money first!  I don't think so....
