Received call @4:55 pm name unavailable, the person asked for my daughter who is 34 years old and does not live at our house, I replied that she does not live here, He said "than who the *ell are you?" I replied " good question who the *ell are you?" He hung up on me. His speech indicated he did not speak much English.

Received a call from this number 3 times today. Just kept repeating hello after I would say hello. It was a man that had a very strong accent.
I blocked his number on my personal cell phone.

calls me every day & do not understand what the guy is saying ,told not to call what ever he was trying to get me to do i do not want & told him to stop caling & i hanged up
I received a call from 202-154-6589 District of Columbia (Washington). I could barely understand him---his English is very bad. He said the government wanted to give me $9,000 and no taxes or I would not have to pay back. My guess is he is a scammer.
