Called to offer me a $9000 grant from the federal government. Indian accent. I told them off and hung up

I was told I was randomly pick for a federal grant and the caller was Indian so I was curious and started asking questions and he was telling me since I a clean criminal record and I was joking around and told him I had a criminal record and he stop then told me "your not human your a animal" and hung up

This guy called my about a $9000 grant.  India decent.  I refused a grant.

Please stop these people.
