It has called repeatly the same message, it seems from a recorded, the last one was on 4-30-2016. Says IRS has a case against me. I called 202-203-9445, did not go thru. Then I called IRS on 4-25-2016, was told it was a scam. IRS does not make phon calls, communicte by mail .
