I just got the exact call this number and the case number was CM100144- what bogus crap! thanks to everyone for posting this.. a quick search told me that he was a fraud...
Got the same call this morning from jim marshall, he said he is from the IRS and they work 24/7 I knew he is a fraud and when I told him to contact my lawyer he hung up.
I'll report the number to the FBI, to anyone out there call the FBI office near you to report this a*** h**.
I also received the same call from 202-204-0482 claiming to be Jim Marshal from the IRS. I called the number back but the voice on the msg did not identify himself as from the IRS so I knew it was bogus.
