He started to say something about Gov't Benefit, and I interrupted his decades old script.....I think I heard him whimper before I got through, He was not very good as a salesperson... but I think enough people fall for it to make it profit...I wish the FCC could actually do some thing about restricting these calls
Yeah I got the same thing, $9000 grant from the US treasury. She asked for my zip code in order to give me a western union payment. So I asked, how do I know this isn't a scam? And she said well if you can verify your zip code. I said, no I'd like you to verify my info. You're the government, you should have it. Then she hung up.
