Who called from 2022112544

just got call from 202-211-2544  scammer wanting personal bank number or credit card number to give me the government issured 9K   I hope they get caught

I, too, have just received a call from 202-211-2544.  Male caller, slurred speech; claimed to be from the United Stated Federal Government mrffml mrrlrmrmmf, calling for a Frank Miller.  When I asked him to repeat himself, he did so with equally poor diction, and then asked point blank, "who are you?"  Playing on people's fear of authority, unwilling to identify himself clearly, asking for personal information.  Bad news.

Just got this call on my cell - she could barely speak English.  $9,000 grant, my [***]! She hung up shortly after I started yelling at her.  LOSER!

Got the same scam call, could not even speak proper English claimed his name was Johnathan (SSSSUUURRRREEE!)
He said he had a govt. grant waiting fro me in the amount of 9k.  
Me: Great, send me a check!.
HIM: We cannot do that, we can only do Electronic Funds transfer with your bank account.  What is your bank account number
ME:   PFFFFFFFF!  Hanging up now!
