Who called from 2022147895

Received a call at 6:54pm tonight,it was a telemarketer about Jobs their Company had Open,I hung up.I've got My Phone # on the Don't call List but I guess that don't matter.

I just received a call from 202-214-7895 for the first time tonight.  It showed up on my caller ID as from Washington D.C.  The call came in at 8.32 p.m.   I let the answering machine pick up and it was a male voice saying testing testing 1,2,3.  I am also on the do not call list.  So why am I receiving these calls?

This is irritating.  I am on the national no-call list, yet I get these kind of calls.  What recourse do I have?

I just received a call from that number on my cell phone that I just activated. I did not answer it because I didn't give out my number to anyone yet.

Received a call on the home phone from this guy saying testing testing 1, 2, 3.
