It's a scam number. They want to give you a "free" government grant, but you have to send them money first. They just called me about seven times this afternoon; I had already answered once and asked them to take me off their list. This last time I answer very angrily and asked why they were still calling me when I told him to take me off their list, and the woman said it was because they had not received my money yet. I told her I didn't know anybody any money and under no circumstances were they to call me again.
This number has called me a total of 4 times within the same hour and when I finally decided to pick up , I couldn't understand a since thing he said other than "you've been selected for a free government grant" He knew my name,address and old phone numbers. I started freaking out and decided to play along. He kept repeating an ID code and gave me this phone number and told me to contact them right away. Needless to say, it's all a scam. Blocked.
