Lazy, scummy, scamming IRS-impersonating scammers. Can't even be bothered to have a live human call me, but they want me to call them back. Ha, no. Though I am tempted to just to call them on their unmitigated horse poop.
They call and leave a recorded message on your phone that you are being sued by the Internal Revenue Service. Yeah, right, Anyway, I'm sure ID scam. Checked, IRS will only contact by USPS. They do not call. I had no reason to be concerned. I just hate that they call all hours of the day and night. This last call was at 8am! Latest almost 9pm. I put numbers in call block but they change. I wish my phone had 100's of call blocking spaces.
