This number has been calling my cell phone at the most inopportune times! They don't leave a message. I answer and say hello repeatedly, and FINALLY some foreign guy answers saying our Government wants to give me $9000. Our government is broke, so I told him they can keep it because they need it more than I do, then I told him to never call me again! I also blocked the number. Tired of them calling me all the time!
