The caller ID showed Private Caller. They left a recorded message tat said it was Ann Wagner asking us to participate in a town hall meeting by pressing one and left this phone number. It sounds like some kind of scam, why would a Missouri Congress woman hide their ID then give you a name and number? They left a website to visit : www.wagner.house.gov

Received a call to our land line from this number today (16 Mar 2017) at 6:44 pm (Central Time.) Caller ID: CPTL US. Didn't recognize the number and had no idea what the Caller ID meant. Didn't answer. A recorded message was left, with first part of the recorded message obviously having started when our recorded greeting began, because the first part of the message was cut off. So . . . it was a robo call with a voice-activated recorded message. The call was from U. S. Congressional Representative Ann Wagner (R-Missouri) about getting our number on her list for the next telephone town hall. Nope.
Call originated from Wash. D.C. (I guess you could call that Capitol US). I didn't answer but have blocked it. I never heard of Ann Wagner. They didn't leave a message.
This was an unsolicited call from Ann Wagner. She is holding a town hall meeting. I did not ask to be called. Yet another example of the politicians exempting themselves from the Do Not Call list. I did not answer but the voice mail went on for 3 minutes (the maximum). Caller ID shows as "CPTL US".
