Who called from 2022256411

Keep getting calls with no message.  Caller ID says it is from the U.S. Government

i got a call from that same number kind of freaky

Received 3 calls 15 minutes apart.  No message left.  Although it may have been election day which would explain a lot.....

Caller Id say US Capitol. recorded voice begins by mumbling last sylable bit of some name, then says "I'm calling from my Washington office,  please stay on line to hear what I'm doing for you"
Ten says "the teleconference is alr4eady in progress, and begins playing a whole radio talk show about social security',
This crap then goes on forever until it fills my answering machine.
This exact same thing has called here 3 times previous.
I don't even think it's a political call, just a harassing call.

This number calls and there's nobody there - silence and no hang-up. Has happened several times (4-5) the last two days.
