I received two calls from the aforementioned phone number today, but I did not have my phone handy. I suspect that they were calls from a United States Senator, because I started a petition online to pass, the " Madison Holleran Law", in honor of a former student of mine, a freshman at U Penn, who committed suicide on January 17, 2014.
