This was a call from a "Ben Stewart" from the "IRS".  Heavy, heavy Indian accent, very hard to understand, it sounds like he is calling from a busy train station or airport terminal.  I never let him get to the punch line but clearly a scam.  We had a previous call from a "Kevin Smith".
