It called me and there was an automated message about lowering my interest rate on a card if I pressed 1. I pressed one and a lady answered and asked if my "Visa Mastercard" was paid in full or if I carried a balance. I said "paid in full and she hung up. I did not give any personal (name etc) information and I am unable to call back
