recieved a call from this number couldn't hardly hear them there was alot of background noise. I only caught that Amy Newberry with Bradly Assoc. was forwarding a case to my local state attorney and she gave a case number. Im glad someone else recieved a call from this person to because I didn't know what it could possibly be about.
The persons name was Amy Newberry from" Bradley and Associates." She said I had 2 bounced checks from 2008 and was forwarding my account to the states attorney offices for an arrest warrant. This [***] really makes me angry! If you were a real law office you would know that in the state of Indiana a payday loan company (small loan lender), cannot threaten to or bring criminal charges against you if the check you provided them bounces......GET A [***] LIFE!!!

I'm husband got a call from them to, they were completely unprofessional. She told me to shut my baby up and she wasn't going to talk to me with all his noise, these people are completely ghetto trash. they were unwilling to make arrangements or give me any information to take care of the matter.
"Jeff Edwards" called, left a message on my recorder, Could hardly understand him, heavy foreign accent. Informing me there were legal actions against me and there would severe consequences if I didn't call back. Identified the company as Financial Network something, something. I agree with Shawn, this really made me angry. I did call back once I researched it to try and trap him but all I got was a recording. So now I have wasted at least an hour of my day because of some scumbag scammer who no doubt would want my financial information so he could steal from me.
Called back, was threatened again with a 40K lawsuit....I am on a retirement income and take a few deductions for charity on my income tax I have never missed a deadline to file. This scumsucking beady eyed liar said the Irs had determined I had organized a tax defrauding ring and 3 other charges against me. I, of course, dismissed this as extortion and intimidation. This creepy crawler from India or wherever failed to intimidate me. Beware of these bottom feeders, they will call you in your home and insult you, try to assign guilt or whatever tactic they can muster up. I am a solid US citizen and these [***] are invading us with their dirty little stealing schemes. Beware!
