Who called from 2022391186

Just received a message on our land line "This is officially final notice" "The IRS is filing suit against you, call 202-239-1186." The term "officially" was used rather than official ~ so it sounds like it may have originated in another language and then was translated. Voice sounded like it was automated.  Looked up IRS filing suit against me online and went to the IRS website, they directed me to the FTC where I was able to log a complaint.  Total scam ~

Received the same phone call of an automated voice telling me the IRS is giving me a final notice before a lawsuit. Same phone number 202 239 1186 left the voicemail

They keep calling me several times every day saying they are the IRS and are suing me.  Please make it stop.  this is a business line.

They are also using the number 202-241-7140 and 301-223-3009, and using names like Xavier Marshall, Michael Kennedy, and Jimmy Walker.

I have had several calls from this number using the following names:  Officer Richard Calvin, George Brown,
Alex Cooper, and other American/English sounding names.  They are all the same person with a very heavy accent and faulty English.

The tone of the call is threatening/harrassing, yet their accent makes it not believable.  In the background one can hear "call center-like noise"
