I received an email from Adam Thomas from holland and hart - stating I owe for a loan - he representing america cash advance - I believe I gave them a green dot money pack valued at $229 for a security deposit on a loan - never received the loan - they wanted more money - I said I was not going to give them anymore money & that I wanted my $229 security deposit back, since I didn't take the loan - they said they were going to send me back the money - I doubt I will receive my money - the email gave me a case number & said that I was going to be prosecuted & I would need a lawyer, and he would gladly represent me - I did not respond to the email, nor did I call him - very upset that I lost out on $229 - I am a single mom raising 2 children - I can't believe people do this
