If they called here again, they'd be getting the phone handed to a police officer.
They said,i had a warent for my arrest if I didn't pay taxes on money I was hiding somewhere. It was hard to understand what they were saying,sounded like Thai land or something.they yelled at me so I yelled back ,than they yelled in thire native lanquage.

I received two messages today from a bilingual " Kevin Marshall", allegedly a special agent for the CID (Criminal Investigation Division of who knows where?), badge #19538 regarding 'fraud misconduct on my tax account. He asked that I return his call at 202-239-2848, ending his call with "good bye and God bless you". Tonight when I picked up the phone, he informed me that a warrant has been issued for my arrest. When I informed him that I never received his alleged "documents", he hung up on me. The display on my caller i.d. shows Washington, DC, and the #239-2848 with no area code. Bizarre.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
received a call from 1-202-239-2848 today. Supposedly from Criminal Investigation Division about some pending criminal investigation against me. They gave English names but spoke with thick Indian (or similar) accent. When I pointed out this apparent inconsistency they hung up on me.
