I received the same call...several times and with the same message that included my address. Contacted my mortgage company and they had not had anyone call and they are not allowed to leave messages like the one he left. I could not understand his first name, but the last name he gave was Williams. He also had the foreign accent. The strange part of this is that the caller ID for the voice mail was actually the number to my mortgage company. I have reported this and they are trying to find out how he is doing this....when I looked the number up it says it is a DC number.....DO NOT CALL THIS PERSON BACK.....that is what my mortgage company told me and they are going to call the number and investigate this. I also just completed a loan modification thru my mortgage company.
Called twice pretending to be from my mortgage company. Saying before they proceed with foreclosure would be in our best interest to call back. We are working on a loan modification so I know it's fraudulent! He claimed to be our relationship manager. Really heavy foreign accent. I called back and left a message for him to quit calling! I'm filing a police report as well. He tried this last week using a different call back number, what tipped me off is we share a zip code with another city and he said the wrong city!! Don't give him ANY information!!!

Yup same ol bull, this guy called claiming to be Rich Williams saying to call them about a foreclosure on our house funny thing is i'm not even on the title, and yes he did have a very heavy foreign accent. I sure wish that the government could do something about these people or if not they should come to see me in person then we'll settle things....
yes same things as the above , we are going through a mortgage modification and he called saying we are going into forecloser and my husband needed to call him back it was "urgent". our mortgage company said it was fraudulent caller.
